Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days from the day after your order is placed. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, it will be shipped once all items are available. We do not cover additional postage to send items separately.

While we are not responsible for lost or missing parcels, we are happy to assist you in making a claim.
